The Low Energy Design LED lighting strips,
base control boards (BCB) and remote control
boards (ROB) can be retrofitted into almost
any type of indoor or outdoor light.
Our LED strips and controllers would be
placed onto a thermally designed plate
designed by our Inventor CAD design
engineers, this complete would be provided
to the customer for a quick retrofit into
their light housing. This option would
provide the end user with the full
capability to customise their lighting
application.

Network Management System (LNMS)- Graphical User
Interface ( GUI) Provides the end customer
with the ability to set up lights into
groups within a broadcast system. The
LNMS provides provides the customer with the
ability to have complete control for sending
and receiving information to Individual,
groups or the complete network. This
network controller provides such information
as:
Provide the
used Power consumption for individual,
groups of lights or the entire lighting
network being managed by the customer
Fault reporting
of failed luminaries
Road
temperature sensing (used for cold
climates, providing low temperature
alarms on roads to enable the
councils/municipalities to send out
gritting vehicles)
Setting various
customised on/off, light ramping up and
dimming schedules for lights to save
further power
Vibration
sensing (used for monitoring crash
barriers)
Reporting
electricity, gas, water and waste
management meter readings back to the
utility company, (enabling the utility
companies to provide itemised billing
and power usage visibility)
Remote control option. The
engineering control GUI enables the customer
to program their lights in any way
imaginable. This software can be
placed onto a PDA and supplied to the
customers service engineers enabling them to
do diagnostics on site to potentially avoid
having to put out traffic management systems
and having to deploy cherry pickers to
access the light.
The laptop GUI offers the end user with the
facility to fully customise their lighting
remotely from the office, providing valuable
data such as light on/off times, scheduling,
light failures, under and over temperature,
road surface temperature to name but a few
of the options. The lights can be
upgraded remotely with the new Airflash*
software upgrade to add additional functions
or features for the future technologies.

PV Sensor Low running costs
The lights are fitted with an intelligent PV
light sensor (as standard*) that activates
depending on the ambient light level, the
LED light
intensity increases as the ambient light
fades. As the ambient light increases the
light automatically decreases in power to
reduce light output to, until it is
completely off. This helps to reduce power
and make further savings.
The PV sensor
can be combined with the real-time clock
enabling the facility to lower power/light
level at anytime during dark hours, this
function can increase or decrease the as
many times per day as necessary. The
customise program designed by the customer
can be saved and sent or set to on all
lights so that they will run with this
everyday or only on days of the week as
required.

The Low Energy Design LED products allows
us to offer a retrofit service.
Low Energy Design flexibility can retrofit
almost any existing Luminaire to match
or improve existing quality of lighting and
lowering the overall power consumption.
Retrofitting lowers costs and utilises
existing parts and lowering capital outlay
expenditure.
Please contact us to find out what we
can provide by way of retrofit equipment.
