The Brief -

GMT CNC Machining are a family-owned business, who operate in the Precision Machine parts industry. They have an incredible wealth of knowledge from over 45 years and are seen as a valued supplier to all their customers. After moving to a larger facility of 12,000sqft they started looking for ways to reduce their operational costs.

When we contacted GMT they were thrilled with the fact that we could provide them with a full technical site survey, lighting design, return of investment, post customer support and optimisation all FREE OF CHARGE as part of our service, to help reduce costs whilst improving their environmental impact.

The Solution -

The LED lighting solution chosen for this installation was our LumiROD 516. A powerful LED product that runs at only 54 watts and creates a clear day-white light at 5500 kelvins. We optimised the LumiROD 516 with our intelligent controls. The luminaires will automatically dim the light output when no motion is detected, using less power but increasing savings!
