Project: To provide a smart LED lighting solution

The Brief -

FastPartner AB owns and manages the property Syllen 4 in Årstadal. FastPartner has a strong focus on sustainability and the environment. For the company, no effort is too small in their work to accomplish a climate smart solution for FastPartner’s facilities and its tenants.

The Solution -

A few different LED luminaires were chosen for the public areas of the property, including garages and the main floor/reception area. The Glow 240 downlight and the SkyLIGHT 66 ELP LED Panel were installed in the main floor/reception area and the LumiROD 414's were installed in the garages. Day White (5300K) light was chosen to create a brighter and healthier working environment, even the garage was elected Day White light for better visibility.

All luminaires can be dimmed continuously between 10-100% of the power which also allows energy to be controlled by various smart sensor solutions. The elevator areas and entrances, have a combined light and motion control (separate from luminaires) that adjusts the light in the luminaires (constant lux level) after daylight and activates the luminaries when motion to detected. The garage and basement corridors used motion control integrated in the luminaire that goes down to 9 watts in sleep mode, which means that it does not get completely dark. This creates an environment that feels safer for all who work there. The light levels were planned for a good general lighting in communication areas and secondary areas. In the communication areas we planned for 100-200 lux and for the garage areas about 100 lux.
