Low Energy Designs celebrates 15 successful years in the LED lighting industry!
Low Energy Designs are a UK LED lighting manufacturer, specialising in low-energy LED lighting products for businesses. This month, December 2022, we celebrate our 15-year business anniversary.
Low Energy Designs was created from two small R&D companies who at the time, were developing 5G for mobile phone companies as well as, off-grid and on-grid power saving solutions for the United Nations using cutting-edge technology.
Registered in December 2007, Low Energy Designs were the first company in Europe to start manufacturing commercial and industrial LED lighting products.
In the early years we were working hard to convince companies to invest in LED which was not always easy but we believed in our products and solutions and now have a solid global customer base. We have become an established lighting company and are actually one of the oldest of our industry. Having traded through the 2008 financial crisis, Brexit uncertainty since 2016 and now Covid-19 pandemic we are proud to say we are still here offering efficient and effective lighting products and standing by our 7-year warranty. We believe it is due to our great flexibility, ingenuity and strong innovation skills that we are where we are today.
As we celebrate this milestone, we have sincere appreciation and profound thanks to all that made it possible. Firstly, we would like to thank all of our clients, old, new and returning for choosing Low Energy Designs for their lighting needs, we are also very grateful to have a wonderful network of leading suppliers and distribution partners, who perform fantastic work which helps us to stay at a competitive advantage. Lastly but certainly not least, we thank each and every one of our team members, we could not have come this far without the loyal support and hard work of each member of the Low Energy Designs team.
