The Brief -

Green Park owns and manages parking garages in the Stockholm area. Green Park have been looking into ways in which they can reduce their environmental impact whilst providing a better service to their customers. Green Park decided to switch to LED lighting that saves energy, reduces impact on the environment, reduces maintenance and also provides better lighting to customers using the garage.

The Solution -

Using our Sunray 4 we reduces the number of luminaires by 40%. The SunRAY 4 runs at 44-watt, compared with the previous Fluorescent lighting which ran at 72 watts. 4 of the SunRAY 4 fittings have built-in motion sensors. This means that a motion sensor wirelessly increases the light output on all fixtures from 10 watts to 44 watts for four minutes when motion is detected. By setting the light to 10 watts, in combination with a higher intensity and whiter light the garage is perceived as safer and a lot brighter. Reducing operating costs of the garage also means that the value of the property increases over time.
