Project: To install energy efficient LED lighting

The Brief -

A new construction of the entire entrance to Oskarshamns Hospital, meant that the County Council in Kalmar County wanted to install energy-efficient lighting. It was then decided to see if there was any suitable LED lighting.

The Solution -

To illuminate the entrance to the hospital, our SunFIRE 7 LED was selected, in this case with a colour temperature of 5000 Kelvin. These luminaires are equipped with wireless control to optimise light levels and maximise energy savings. SunFIRE 7 has a very good light distribution. After analysing the illumination intensity at night, it was decided to lower the power to 40 watts in all luminaires, saving even more energy.

The SunFIRE has been replaced by the SunSHINE.
