Project: To reduce operation and maintenance costs

The Brief -

Bournemouth Hospital have been looking to reduce operation & maintenance costs throughout their facility. We guaranteed by switching to our LED lighting they would see dramatic results in electricity, maintenance costs AND see a huge reduction in CO2 emissions.

The Solution -

We chose to install our skylight 66 and Glow down-lights. The SkyLIGHT & Glow have been proven to increase efficiency, improve safety, improve lighting levels, increases the comfort of patients and employees, reduces air conditioning costs, improves cash flows and cuts down on maintenance costs associated with costly facility downtime. The SkyLIGHT & Glow have improved productivity within the staff and has even stimulated positive health.

We also installed motion sensors to dim the light output in low periods of traffic maximising savings further. These products will not flicker or strobe (hospital approved– scoliosis) and are MRI, CT & Ultrasound safe.

We also installed our outdoor & street lighting LED solutions. The Multi-Storey car park required a retrofit of our LED solution. Outside the main entrance and in the car park we installed our SunFIRE 7 LED. The SunFIRE 7 is extremely durable and is proven to withstand the toughest conditions. Running at 84 watts the SunFIRE provides a high lumen output with low power consumption.

SkyLIGHT has been replaced by the Sky Panel, the SunFIRE has been replaced by the SunSHINE.
