The Brief -

SJ is headquartered in central Stockholm. They have a large number of employees across a modern office. The property is managed by Storebrand Fastigheter, they manage one of the most sustainable real estate portfolios in Europe. Storebrand requested new energy efficient, daylight like lighting that would reduce energy and costs but also help improve the working environment for the staff at SJ.

The Solution -

The Glow 165 CTC is a simple but effective colour changing downlight. Colour temperature can be adjusted from 3000 to 5700 kelvins, providing an array of warm white to day white colours to suit a variety of activities or time of day.

The Sky Panel 66 is a slimline panel light which provides a day white light at 5300 kelvins. This low powered, LED panel provides over 4500 lumens from 150 degree light distribution.

Both types of product are controlled with presence sensors. Presence sensors can increase savings in areas that are often unoccupied or areas with low footfall.
