Project: To install LED lighting that highlights all the merchandise inside the shop

The Brief -

The Swedish Transport Administration have been researching ways that they could reduce maintenance costs on main roads. One of the roads they have been looking at is the road 260 in Sickla just outside of Stockholm. On road 260 the Transport Administration required LED lighting that would comply with an ME3-class road. The lighting would also need to use minimal energy and produce an evenly distributed light.

The goal of the Swedish Transport Administration includes reduced energy consumption and reduced maintenance costs. LED-based fixtures can be a solution that meets these requirements due to their low-energy and longevity.

The Solution -

The Swedish Transport Administration decided to install our Phoenix 6 LED luminaire which has an output power of 66 watts. The luminaires were installed on ten meter high poles which are 30 to 40 meters apart. The luminaires are armed with optics for uniform distribution and the LEDs provide a colour temperature of 4000 Kelvins, neutral white.

Phoenix has been replaced by the Norrsken Range.
