The Brief -
Kloeckner Metals always seek to use environmentally products and regularly monitor and review their environmental objectives, this is why each one of Kloeckner Metals sites are accredited to environmental standard ISO 14001.
Kloeckner Metals have used our LED solutions at a number of their sites over the past couple of years. When Kloeckner Metals acquired a new building in Dartford there weren't any lights in the factory so they chose us once again to fulfil there lighting needs.
The Solution -
Our LumiMOD 4's were installed at 8m high throughout the factory. The LumiMOD 4 runs just below 240 watts and produces approx. 163 lumens per watt. This intelligent luminaire provides a consistent high light output using a colour temperature of 5000 kelvins which helps to define objects and colours more clearly, increasing health and safety. By incorporating intelligent sensors savings can be increased making this a cost effective product for High Bay applications.
